Welcome to the Availability list for our farm. All of our items offered are CNG (Certified Naturally Grown) Farm Fresh- Mother Nature's Way, heirloom varieties of vegetables and chicken eggs available for your gastronomical delight.

We now have Farm Fresh- Mother Nature's Way, Pasture Raised Whole Chickens. Our fresh fryer and broiler chickens are raised with a twist! No high protein, medicated feed or forcing them to eat all day! Our chickens are fed primarily on grass with minimal grain added and allowed to grow more slowly and should finish out at 2-7lbs each. These birds have NEVER been treated with any medications or chemicals to assure our customers ONLY 100% pure, natural chicken flavor for your gastronomical pleasure! Our birds are weighed AFTER they have been fully processed to assure that your are NOT paying for "scrap" weight. Our large delicious birds are $3.50 per pound and are sure to become a family favorite. Call ahead to reserve yours as quantities ARE limited and once they're gone, they're gone until our next batch!

Chicken Eggs - Our eggs come in many different colors, and therefore each container of eggs you buy will consist of many different colors. Please remember that eggshell color has no bearing on flavor, only the color of the YOLK inside does. The deeper the shade of yellow the yolk is, the richer the flavor will be. An occasional "red dot" or "blood spot" on your yolk is perfectly normal and edible and was formed with the egg by the hen and also has no bearing on flavor. Our eggs are collected from the nests 2-3 times a day, EVERYDAY and cleaned, dried and refrigerated immediately to keep them fresh for you- OUR CUSTOMER! $3.00 a dozen

'Goop from the Coop' Liquid Fertilizer - This is now available in a convenient one gallon size and made right on our farm from the contents of our chicken coop! (Hey, what else?) Mix at a ratio of 1:1 with water, for mature plants and use as a spray for a foliar feeding or apply directly to the roots. Mix at a ratio of 1:2 with water for new seedlings so as not to "burn" them. ALWAYS WASH ANYTHING YOU EAT FIRST, AFTER AN APPLICATION.

Tomatoes - Mixed Varieties of cherry tomatoes- Thai Pink Egg, Green Grape, Principe Borghese $3.00 sold by the pint

Lettuce- Mixed Varieties of Forellenschluss, Mizuna, Rocky Top, Red Wing, Wild Rocket Arugala and many others! Deleicious to make a salad from by themselves or to add as a nice "perk-me-up" to any tossed salad. Sold by the ziplock bag $3.00

Okra- A thornless variety of Okra, sold young and tender- great simmered with some of our cherry tomatoes halved to make the best Okra and tomatoes you've had in awhile! Picked fresh by the half pound $2.00

Watermelon- Moon and Stars, Orange Flesh and Mountain Hoosier $5.00 each

Beans- Japanese Long Bean aka the Yard Long bean sold by the half pound $3.00

Squash- Summer Yellow Crook Necks sold by the pound $3.00

Cucumbers- Japanese Long and Straight 8 sold individually $.95

Herbs-  Oregano, Dill, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, Russian Tarragon, Marjoram, Lavendar $1.75 a bunch or 3 for $5.00

Raw Wool - from Miniature Southdown Babydoll Sheep and ready for processing sold by the bag $12.00 per bag (NOT from our sheep but from a local farm using the same practices as we imploy)
