Our happy hens lay large brown eggs and some of our hens lay green eggs! They are our "Easter Egg" hens, with hues running from blues to greens which is truly unique and a special treat for the kids, especially for Easter as they are already colored!

We grow large breeds of chickens both for meat and egg production, of many different varieties including: Black Australorps, Buff Orpingtons; Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Delawares, Dominiques and Polish Top hats. We also have 2 varieties of Geese, Embden and African. These are really wonderful birds that grow to well over 10 lbs!

We will be including Muscovy ducks, Quail and Pheasant in our final plan, also for meat and egg production.
