Heirloom Country Farms - Terms and Conditions

Sorry, but these are the things we HAVE to say just to keep everybody happy and things running smoothly, so PLEASE read carefully!

1.) We take cash or local checks, please call first if you have placed an order from the website, to make sure it will be ready for pick-up when you arrive.

2.) Please come with small bills if you are paying cash as we may not always have change available.

3.)We give discounts to our repeat customers who bring back our containers (from eggs or GOOP) for refills.

4.) Items may be reserved with a pre-payment of cash or check by stopping by HC Farms or mailing in your request. Please remember that items such as eggs whether Chicken or Goose will only be held for 3 days past your appointed pick up day (unless prior arrangements have been made). Any eggs left after the 3 day window will be fed to our dogs and your money will be forfeited. Sorry, but we have to be firm about this, as we only have enough refrigerator space for our stuff, so please be considerate and pick up promptly!(We're serious about this folks, we're not kidding!) Contrary to what the "Big Box" stores will have you believe, eggs are at the freshest and best tasting if they are consumed within 3 days of the lay date.

5.) Please remember that this Farm is also our home. Your well-behaved children are welcome to come and see the critters (please call first to make sure we're here, we have places to go and things to do sometimes too!), YOUR animals (dogs, etc? )are NOT welcome.

6.) We do give free samples of the chicken eggs only, as the geese do not lay frequently enough to be able to extend this offer for them. The sample is of one chicken egg to take home and try for yourself to see just how good all natural can be!
